Charles T. Brooks

Charlie’s practice focuses on estate and tax planning for individuals and families.  Charlie regularly prepares wills, revocable trusts, powers of attorney, and advance medical directives to fit his clients’ estate planning goals.  A significant objective of Charlie’s practice is helping to ensure that families have adequately provided for minor children through the establishment of trusts and guardianship nomination.

Charlie also has experience preparing fiduciary income tax returns, and on various matters related to estate and trust administration.
