Brandy has been in the practice of law for more than 25 years, focusing on estate planning and estate and trust administration. Being a certified public accountant in addition to a lawyer, she gravitated towards these areas because of the potential tax implications, both income tax and estate, gift and generation-skipping transfer taxes, but quickly found her clients’ happiness at establishing an estate plan that reflects their goals or relief to have settled the affairs of a family member or friend to be immensely gratifying.
