Molly is a trusted advisor to individuals and families regarding estate planning and estate and trust administration.  She works with clients to ensure that assets are transferred according to their objectives, while using tax-planning strategies that minimize estate and gift tax liability. 

Molly regularly works with clients in the administration of trusts and estates, both as a fiduciary and in the representation of fiduciaries. She assists with probate and trust administration, including fiduciary income tax planning and compliance.  In addition, Molly prepares estate tax returns and handles the settlement of estate audits with the Internal Revenue Service. 

Molly assists several non-profits providing advice on tax-exempt matters, and  also handles various pro bono matters in the community.

Molly is licensed to practice law in Virginia (2000), the District of Columbia (2001), and Connecticut (2003).  She is a member of the Virginia State Bar and the Virginia Bar Association, as well as the Estate Planning Council of Richmond and the Trust Administrators Council of Richmond.  Outside of her law practice, Molly serves on the Westwood Club Board of Directors as Treasurer and on the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts Charitable Advisors Committee.  In addition, she has been an active member of St. Bridget Church, most recently serving on its Finance Council (2015-2021), and a volunteer for NOVA of Virginia Aquatics.
